If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by 001jili's server logs shall be the definitive reference. 001jili's decision on game disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding.
